Tarot
This weekend, I had the chance to have my first real Tarot reading. While it was of course in good fun, it still was very interesting. The reading was about a half hour long and I didn’t make note of it all and some of it was hard to interpret but I’ll share some of the fun stuff. Likely I am missing some bits but bare with me as I jump around here. Some stuff I’ll leave out that didn’t make sense or I am not ready to share. Apparently I should expect big changes in the next 8 weeks.
She had me draw twenty cards after asking me my sign and my name. She turned over a few cards and asked my birth date. To which she replied , “Ahhhh, you are very spiritual, not religious but spiritual.” She then told me I had “domestic happiness.” Good thing to hear from the start. There was some talk about the kids. First she asked me how old my daughter was and then how old my boy was which I didn’t see coming. “He’s a cute one. He looks just like Christopher Robbins.” Ha! As she flipped cards, she randomly said stuff about the kids or about me. I’m not really sure how it all works but I know the placement and the cards mean different things to different readers and that it all is relative in some way. She asked me about my job and told me it was very demanding and that I was being asked a lot of there. I think she was surprised when I told her I was a Stay at Home Mom! She asked about what I was going to school for and said it was a great thing for me. I am taking a photography course this spring. Then she told me someone was going to ask me to do a big job or to volunteer to do something that would utilize my skills. I got a hermit card that she said she mostly sees in woman in their mid 40s and for me she sees it as meaning I am an “old soul.” I have been described as such before. She said she saw I have had a long path in life already but it has given me great wisdom and a strong backbone. Score! We also are apparently going to have some “investment property” that we will need to fix up but it will be great. Maybe a new house is in our future.
Then the funny stuff, she asked when we were going to a big fun wedding. I guess maybe Josh and Samantha’s in June. I am really looking forward to this. She said it would be lots of fun and to enjoy it. Then 6-8 weeks later I’d find out I was pregnant. Oy! And later in the reading she reiterated another child, a girl we needed to watch out for because she’d be our wild child. Apparently, Jack, aka Christopher Robbin, will always be very lovable and that he is the biggest cuddler. Apparently he won’t be great with words for awhile. He’ll be very popular with the ladies. Let’s hope she is wrong on that one. Lucy is our “brain.” We won’t have to worry about her academically but need to make sure she doesn’t get bored. The tarot lady told me to put her in a Montessori school. Imagine my thoughts in this part of the conversation. Lucy will apparently be more shy than people realize, be very loving but not very trusting. There was multiple references to school and that school for me or for Lucy would result in a strong new relationship. The cards revealed I am a woman who dots her I ‘s and crosses her T’s. I am a strong mother and commit to the role 100%. She saw I would go above and beyond, “give the shirt off my back.” It’s true.
Apparently, there are two older men in my life I feel I need to care for and that I love very much. One of which I do not fully trust. The other is a man who loves “all kinds of women and is very friendly.” This man will have some mobility issues and I will help care for him. Also, Tom will experience some sleepless nights and headaches but he should stop worrying about being destitute. He won’t be without a job and that contract work will help him find his way. She said several times he is a great man and he is disciplined. She wasn’t sure how/why the Justice card played a part in the reading but thought he maybe a cop or lawyer. What does this all mean?
The last bit revealed a residence change for my brother. Kenny, she told me you have control and authority issues. Gee, you think….and that someone will need to be more controlling than they already are and that someone will haev to make you see that you can do what you need to be who you want to be. Take that for what you want. It’s just what the cards said to this lady. And to whoever has stomach issues in my life, it’s not lactose intolerance, it’s an allergy to a protein in milk. So, stop drinking milk.

I love the tea room actually, they have always been pretty accurate I think Meghan and I are high due for a new reading! Ariana has long stopped drinking milk because of the milk protein allergy, maybe it’s someone else. Glad you enjoyed your reading and best of luck with with everything she ‘saw’ or anything she may have missed. Anything you didn’t quite make sense of then may come to light and will click at some point and you will think ‘wow, is this what Tina was saying’. Love you lots and Michelle be more controlling. Kenny dont get mad at her for it, Tina told her to – lol, love you all!
Some of that is crazy!! Maybe someday Tommy will be a cop or a lawyer, LOL, who knows?? And Lucy is def the brains and there is no doubt Jack will be a ladies man!! Glad you had fun!
