Fried Rice

I love Chinese food but it’s pricey and you always get so much more than you need. So the other night, I decided to try and make my own Chinese inspired dinner.

Boil a bag of whole grain brown rice. Set aside. In a frying pan, fry two eggs in a little olive oil and then break it up with wooden spoon. Add chopped garlic and onion, salt and pepper. Use a little more olive oil and melt a dab of butter in the pan. Put rice into pan and fry together. It really was that easy and tasty too. You can add some veggies or meat even and pair it with some Ahsu pork or chicken with a side vegetable. Grab the chopsticks and enjoy!

Now if I could figure out how to make crab rangoons I’d be all set without take out.
