Ten on Tuesday
1. Lucy told me that the Easter Bunny was going to leave her basket under the Easter Tree. Boy is she going to be disappointed.
2. There is a baby in Lucy’s belly. She told me his name was Gaston.
3. Not sure how I feel about this one. When I asked Lucy why she crumbled up crackers on the carpet, her response was “so you would vaccumm…”
4. Mascara and an almost three year old is quite a sight.
5. Lucy now knows the difference between the different Bo’s. The gross raggy one is the one that she wants these days and she says “he is the fluffy one.” Clearly we need an explanation on what fluffy means.
6. The phrase “something is on my finger” scares me. It could be marker, poop or a booger. At least to my knowledge, the only one she eats at the moment is the booger.
7. We are still working on the whole brother thing. Lucy told me today that she was going to marry her sister Jack. She is wrong on both accounts.
8. Hide and Seek is quite fun when you play with Lucy. She says, “Let’s play Hide and Seek! Where should I hide?”
9. It is no surprise that Lucy loves Friendlies. Who doesn’t? I was driving today and she said, “Mom – I see a sign! It says Friendlies!” We didn’t stop this time.
10. And this says it all.
