We are not sure how good he’ll play but we think he’ll at least make the list of best looking Quarterbacks. Jack likes football.
Every time Lucy says or does something funny, witty, or simple crazy…I think about blogging about it but things get busy and I try to make a mental note before I forget. Here are some gems from the last week or so that just beg to be shared.
1. “Mom can I call you hun?” After telling me she could and looking at her oddly she replied, “I love you hun!”
2. I know I shared her new fascination with breastfeeding but she took it to a new level recently when she hoisted her brother on her lap and after asking what she was doing told me, “I’m just trying to feed him a little.” Oy.
3. She gets sent to her room when she can’t seem to leave Jack alone or listen when she is told no. We had a pretty rough day last week and I was done. Knowing Tom would be home in twenty minutes or so, I told her I didn’t want to see her again until he was home. I few minutes later she came down the stairs with a blanket on her head and I asked what she was doing. “What? You can’t see me….” I am not even kidding.
I know there are more that I am blanking on at the moment. If they come to mind I’ll add them. Never a dull moment with her around.
4. She and Chase are endlessly giving hugs and kisses. The other day I heard her say, “Chase, I didn’t know you liked kisses so much!” We are in trouble.
5. She got a hold of my wallet the other day and told me, “I am going to use your credit card to buy us a Christmas tree and me a scooter.”
